Roger C V D Perry LLB

Roger joined Hart Reade in 1978 and became a Partner in 1980; he became Managing Partner in May 2003, Senior Partner in May 2005 and is Head of the Civil Litigation Department. Located in the Eastbourne office, Roger specialises in employment, general and commercial litigation and accident claims.

He advises many employers (from large companies with hundreds of employees to small businesses) and acts for employees in Employment Tribunal claims of unfair treatment and discrimination. He also heads a department handling business and construction disputes. Roger is a CEDR trained mediator and for 17 years sat as a Deputy District Judge of the County and High Courts.
