Legal Secretary / Administrator Vacancy
We are seeking to recruit a full time Legal Secretary / Administrator.
Based at the Eastbourne office and reporting to the Practice Manager, the successful candidate will provide secretarial support across the firm as well as assisting with the day to day administration of our busy office. Some travel may be required to our other offices in Hailsham, Polegate and Meads.
This is a varied role that will require someone with excellent organisation skills, the ability to multi-task and great attention to detail.
Applicants should have excellent secretarial skills including fast accurate audio typing, good communication skills and provide excellent levels of client care.
The role will also include duties such as photocopying, file archiving and retrieval, ordering stationery, covering our busy reception during breaks and holidays, and a host of other tasks which help make the office run smoothly.
Previous experience in a legal or professional environment is preferred.
