As a result of the Single Family Court and the reforms under the Children and Family Act 2014, HM Courts and Tribunal Service have released updated Court forms which are to be used as from 22 April 2014.
The Divorce Petition has been amended and so there is no longer a requirement to file a Statement of Arrangements for Children.
An Application in relation to children in Form C100 has been amended to include the requirement to attend a Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting.
