What is it?
The CQS Scheme was set up by the Law Society in 2011, the governing body for Solicitors in England and Wales. It is designed to both regulate and improve standards in conveyancing transactions.
Hart Reade’s conveyancing team deals with these regulations on a daily basis and ensures protocol is always followed.
Why does it help you?
The CQS Protocol has been issued as a guideline for conveyancers. This outlines effectively what should and should not be done in a transaction, ensuring a swift, smooth move for our clients which is important to us at Hart Reade.
