Neisha joined Hart Reade in 2007 as a trainee solicitor working in the litigation, property and commercial departments, with a focus on the sale and purchase of small businesses, commercial property and leasehold enfranchisement.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2009 Neisha has worked in the Property and Commercial Department, with her main focus on leasehold enfranchisement work.
Neisha is experienced in dealing with a wide variety of property transactions and prides herself on being approachable and friendly in order that she can guide her clients through their transaction.
Neisha is dedicated to helping clients achieve the result they desire, whether that is to extend the lease of their flat or buy a new commercial property for their business. She aims to complete the transaction with as little stress as possible to her clients, by keeping them informed of progress and explaining the process in plain English. This is especially important in relation to her work in the area of leasehold enfranchisement, which involves complicated procedures, which can be daunting to the uninitiated.
When issues do arise Neisha ensures that she fully explains to her clients all the options (including the cost implication of each option) in order that they can make an informed decision as to how they wish the transaction to progress. This in turn enables her to negotiate with the other parties involved to find a satisfactory, workable and cost effective solution where possible for her clients.
Neisha offers a free initial 30 minute diagnostic appointment to give clients an opportunity to discuss matters with her without having to worry about the cost. She is happy for this to be over the telephone or in person depending on the needs of the individual.
