Every year Hart Reade staff nominate and vote on a charity to support, in 2016 we will be supporting Chestnut Tree House.
Chestnut Tree House is the children’s hospice for East and West Sussex and South East Hampshire and cares for 300 children and young adults from 0-19 years of age with progressive life-shortening conditions.
Chestnut Tree House’s goal is to provide the best quality of life for children, young people and their families, and to offer a total package of practical, social and spiritual support throughout each child’s life, however short it may be.
They provide advice and information for children and young adults with life limiting or life threatening conditions 24 hours per day. They also support the entire family following diagnosis through the whole disease process by the multidisciplinary team at Chestnut Tree House.
