Making a Will
Latest reports have shown there has been a 700% increase in High Court actions to challenge Wills in the last five years. The number of cases which seek to invalidate a Will altogether have doubled.
The increase in disputed wills may have been caused by the recession which has seen the value of assets decrease. This in turn has led to family disputes with people receiving less than expected.
With remarriages, step families and cohabitation more common it is more important than ever to make a Will.
