With effect from 22 April 2014, the Probate Application fee increased from £45 to £155 for Solicitor Applications and from £145 to £215 for Personal Applications.
The Oath Fees at the Courts increased from £5 to £11. However, Solicitors and Commissioners for Oaths will still charge the old fee of £5. Exhibits will cost £2, as before.
