In a recently reported case, a Husband signed an Agreement to pay his Wife the sum of £60,000.00 per month. The Husband later tried to allege that he did not know what he was signing as he was not wearing his reading glasses at the time of signing the Agreement. Mr Justice Mostyn at the High Court in London found this explanation difficult to accept.
