Wife Misled in Divorce Financial Settlement

In a recent case a wife has appealed against a Judge’s refusal to re-open her case in which a settlement was reached after her husband had mislead her about the value of his software company. The husband had disclosed that his business was worth £7,000,000 when in fact it could be floated on the stock market for £460,000,000.
The wife is therefore seeking a larger share of the business having entered into a dishonest agreement.
