It was during our attempts to sell our home and buy another that Andrew came into his own. There were many challenges with our prospective buyers solicitors; that in fact we were unable to overcome; nevertheless if it were not for Mr Pluck we would have gone quietly mad! He retained his composure during a very challenging time and supported our final decision to both withdraw from sale and purchase. He has since advised us with other aspects of property title issues and these have been resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Andrew supported our family with the one sale and one transfer of two properties following our father’s demise. He also assisted with the purchase of a further property around the same time.
