Helen assists the Head of the Property Department, dealing with residential property conveyancing in Eastbourne, which includes sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
Helen joined Hart Reade in March 1998 having previously always worked in law firms dealing with property matters, both of a residential and commercial nature.
Helen now has a wealth of experience in residential conveyancing, providing support to the Head of the Property Department, managing clients’ expectations, moving on their transactions in a timely manner and making sure that all deadlines are met.
She is particularly effective when liaising with clients, solicitors and estate agents, in order to achieve the most satisfactory and best outcomes on behalf of the firms clients.
