In an ever-increasing online world, one thing that will never change is that people will still get old and eventually need direct interaction with another person when dealing with important legal matters. My mother is hard of sight and hearing, so it makes all the difference in the world to her when Laura takes the time to drop into her house and explain the forms before signing them. Her house is very local to the Hailsham branch that makes this viable, but the value of such a simple piece of customer service should never be underestimated.
