Ross specialises in a wide range of commercial property matters and also acts in the acquisition and disposal of both share and asset-only business transactions, but has particular expertise in acting for high-net worth individuals, charities, national and local companies, investors, landowners and property developers in the following:


Ross graduated from the University of Brighton with First Class Honours in Law with Business (LLB) (Hons) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Ross trained as a Police Officer with Sussex Police and has worked for the Ministry of Justice at HMP Lewes.

Ross previously trained with a large regional firm advising on a range of commercial property matters, and has acted for a diverse client base which includes sole traders, partnerships, charities, high-net worth individuals, niche lenders and property developers.


Ross’ strengths lie in his ability to build lasting relationships with his clients. Ross prides himself on his efficiency and timeliness. He understands the pressures involved with property transactions and reacts promptly to deliver an excellent service.


Ross provides commercially pragmatic advice in plain English. He strives to find cost-effective solutions to a client’s business needs without compromising on quality of service. Ross approaches each transaction in a methodical manner and is able to provide shrewd advice in the more unique and complex matters.
