The Association of Lifetime Lawyers Accreditation
The Association of Lifetime Lawyers is an independent national organisation, made up of solicitors, barristers and legal executives who provide specialist legal advice to elderly and vulnerable people.
TAOLL members are specifically trained to be able to look after the interests of older and vulnerable clients. Not only do TAOLL members have specialist legal knowledge, they also provide a level of client care specifically aimed at making sure the older client is put at ease when dealing with complex legal issues.
At Hart Reade, Associate Solicitor Jenny Parr, is a full member of the TAOLL. Jenny ensures that her clients receive legal advice in a way that is understandable and appropriate to their needs and in their best interests.
To qualify for membership of the TAOLL, Solicitors must demonstrate their specialist knowledge of a wide range of legal issues affecting elderly people. They also need to have worked with a substantial number of older and vulnerable clients and keep their knowledge and skills up to date.
