The variety of work I carry out and the clients I am happy to assist. I could be drafting a
Will or Power of Attorney; preparing a Trust Deed; making a complicated Court of
Protection application, or dealing with a complex Probate matter, no day is the same.
I would always advise clients to review their Wills every 5 years even if they have not
undergone any significant life changes, to check that they still reflect what they want them
to say and to find out if there have been any changes to the law which might affect their
Will.
