Private Client Executive

Hart Reade are seeking to recruit a Private Client Executive.

Candidates will need to be technically sound and with a practical knowledge of private client law. We are looking for excellent communication skills and a proactive marketer, with experience in managing a full case load.

Responsibilities will include working for elderly and vulnerable clients, preparing Powers of Attorney, administration of estates, Court of Protection work and administration of client’s financial affairs, drafting Wills, administering trusts and advising on inheritance and capital gains tax issues.

The successful applicant will need to be highly skilled and be able to take on and develop an existing case load within the Private Client Department.

We would welcome applications from solicitors and legal executives for either a full or part time role.
