Marketing Co-ordinator Vacancy
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Hart Reade as a Marketing Co-ordinator. This is a part time role working 3 days per week. Previous marketing experience is not essential.
Reporting to the Marketing Partner you will assist with the planning and implementation of the firm’s marketing and advertising activities.
As a Marketing Co-ordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding and responding to marketing enquires
- To draft, proof and dispatch press releases
- Arrange advertising in local media
- Co-ordinating the firm’s sponsorship/attendance at networking events
- Organising and attending key marketing events (which may include occasional early morning, evening and very limited weekend work)
- General marketing administration under the instruction and supervision of the Marketing Partner.
The successful candidate should be highly organised, personable, and an excellent communicator with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Although based in our Eastbourne office, the role may require travel to marketing events and any of the branch offices in Meads, Polegate and Hailsham.
Private Client Executive Vacancy
Hart Reade are seeking to recruit a Private Client Executive.
Candidates will need to be technically sound and with a practical knowledge of private client law. We are looking for excellent communication skills and a proactive marketer.
Responsibilities will include working for elderly and vulnerable clients, preparing Powers of Attorney, administration of estates, Court of Protection work and administration of client’s financial affairs, drafting Wills, administering trusts and advising on inheritance and capital gains tax issues.
The successful applicant will need to be highly skilled and be able to take on and develop an existing case load within the Private Client Department
