Our Conveyancing Department has been recognised as a member of the Laws Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme as reaching recognised high standards of service and legal expertise. We are always approachable and client focused in all property matters to include sales and purchases of property (conveyancing) – freehold, leasehold, commonhold etc., planning considerations, rights of access, boundaries, shared obligations and service connections as well as nature of ownership, third party rights, finance, insurance and inheritance tax considerations.

Our Commercial Department covers a wide range of legal topics including Commercial Property, Business Transfers, Employment Law and Business Litigation.
Wills, Probate and Private Client
The Private Client Department is approachable and sympathetic to the sensitive matters involved when dealing with Probate and administration of Estates, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Applications, Trusts, Management of Affairs and Tax issues
