From the outset James was approachable, knowledgeable and keen. Nothing was too trivial for him and the level of service was excellent. One particular example was when he noticed an error in the Land Registry map of the new house which was a result of the previous owner having litigation issues with the neighbouring land owner. He dealt with it very firmly with the owners solicitors and the correct outcome was finalised quite quickly. To sum up he made the legal process seem straight forward and acceptable to someone who has not bought or sold for about 20 years. He is a credit to your company.
