We wished to make our Wills but thought it would be a complex matter. Laura made it easy for us. Particularly like the idea of prefilling as many details as possible before meeting with Laura. She then helped us complete any questions that we were stuck on. We had to delay the process… and there was no pressure to complete. Honestly no complaints at all. Thankyou.
The personal service of actually visiting the client, makes all the difference when they are elderly and hard of sight and hearing. Laura visited my mother for exactly this purpose and it was much appreciated
It was during our attempts to sell our home and buy another that Andrew came into his own. There were many challenges with our prospective buyers solicitors; that in fact we were unable to overcome; nevertheless if it were not for Mr Pluck we would have gone quietly mad! He retained his composure during a very challenging time and supported our final decision to both withdraw from sale and purchase. He has since advised us with other aspects of property title issues and these have been resolved to our complete satisfaction.
