Whilst we navigate through these unprecedented times, Hart Reade Solicitors is still very much open for business.

We have a dedicated team of experienced family lawyers, who are on hand to give advice and explain your options, even during lockdown.

To protect the health and safety of our team and our clients, all appointments are taking place remotely (including via Zoom, Skype or telephone).

Therefore, we are continuing to progress matters for our clients and welcome new clients who wish to seek advice (we offer a free initial 30-minute appointment for all new clients).

The Courts have also recognised the need to continue functioning during this difficult period. Therefore, Court Applications can still be pursued (in relation to children, finances and injunctions), with Court Hearings taking place remotely.
