East Sussex Women in Business Awards 2013
Hart Reade were proud sponsors of the 2013 East Sussex Women in Business Awards.
The awards took place on 20 September at The Cavendish Hotel and it was a superb and inspiring occasion with which to be involved.
The Women in Business Awards are an event with which Hart Reade feel a close affinity to. Hart Reade have sponsored the awards since their inception three years ago.
In the ever changing world of business, and in tough economic times, Hart Reade has continued to move forward. We realise it can be tough to be a woman in business and we strive to provide an environment that is supportive and encourages an equal and diverse work force. We are a firm that will not look to employ the right man, or the right woman, but the right person for the job.
Hart Reade has four female partners who stand as strong and positive role models for others in the firm, something which is often said to be missing in business today. We also have an excellent team of support staff, some of whom have chosen to study with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. This year has seen four of our team pass their latest level of examinations and study. We are proud of the effort they put in to the firm and we fully support our work force with their continuing career development.
Our clients can be sure of the very best service from a vibrant and friendly team. We have retained the Law Society quality standard Lexcel for nine years now, and Investors in People for over eight years. We have also achieved accreditation to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme and the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners. These standards demonstrate our commitment to client care and to staff development, both of which are of prime importance to the ongoing success of Hart Reade.
The East Sussex Women in Business Awards is not only an opportunity to celebrate women in business, it is an opportunity to celebrate those businesses that make business work for everyone, and where everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
