Court of Protection (Deputyship) Applications for Property & Financial Affairs will drop from £400 to £220 when the Application is simple. Other Application Fees increase by £10 to £410.
The registration fee for Lasting Powers of Attorney will remain the same at £110 for each document.
There is the possibility to apply for remission or exemption of Court fees and registration fees, subject to strict criteria.
