Child Maintenance – New Provider of Support

G4S will be the new provider of the government’s Child Maintenance Options service for separated parents. The group will provide expert help and support for separated families via telephone, text, online chat and social media, to help with child maintenance arrangements. The contract, which is worth £18m over 5 years, was awarded to G4S following a competitive tendering process.
