A report by The Office of the Head of International Family Justice for England and Wales and has shown that international family litigation continues to rise.
The International Family Justice report details the increased numbers of international child abduction cases. There has been a continued increase in official requests for communication with courts in other jurisdictions as well as general enquiries from the public, charities and the media.
