Recent reports have shown a 10 per cent increase in legal orders being filed to remove at risk children from their homes.
The results for the last 12 months show that social workers in England are working more quickly to remove children from damaging situations and poor parenting.
However the Chief Executive of the Family Rights Group says this approach, along with spending cuts, is putting a strain on the system, causing court delays, the temporary placement of children and a shortage of foster carers.
