Landlord and Tenant
A Government proposal aims to give private and social landlords new powers to evict nuisance tenants. A consultation is underway on a mandatory power of possession to speed up the procedure for evicting tenants who have a proven track record of anti social behaviour.
The consultation closes on 27 October 2011.
