A recent report by Professor Rebecca Probert of Warwick University has highlighted how the laws that govern Royal marriage are out of date.
As the law currently stands a Royal can’t marry a Catholic and succeed to the throne even though they could become the reigning monarch if they chose to marry a Satanist!
