Selling or buying the Freehold?
If you are considering selling or buying a property, which is subject to long residential leases, then you need to be aware that in some circumstances the flat owners will have the right to be offered the interest that you are selling or buying. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in a criminal prosecution and the sale/purchase being overturned.
