Olivia joined Hart Reade in May 2023 and is a paralegal based at our Eastbourne office assisting Andrew Pluck, Partner and Head of Property and Conveyancing.
Olivia is currently studying Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (LLB) at The Open University, which she will complete in 2026.
After this she will go onto take her SQE1 and SQE2 exams to become a qualified Solicitor.
Olivia has a wealth of experience in all types of residential transactions having worked at another regional law firm for 4 years prior to starting at Hart Reade. Olivia supports clients through the legal aspects of buying and selling property as well as re-mortgages, ensuring each transaction is handled efficiently and with attention to detail. Olivia also assists property investors with buying, selling and mortgaging their property portfolio. With a strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process, Olivia keeps things moving smoothly behind the scenes, from preparing contract paperwork to liaising with solicitors, agents and clients.
Olivia takes pride in being approachable and responsible, and enjoys helping clients feel confident in their property transaction, whether it’s a first time buyer or a seasoned investor, Olivia is here to make the process as straight forward and stress-free as possible.
