Background
Connor graduated from Swansea University with a 2:1 Law Degree LLB in 2012 and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Connor joined Hart Reade LLP on 21 March 2022.
Connor is experienced in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing, including sales and purchases of either leasehold or freehold properties; transactions involving new-build properties as well as re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
Connor prides himself on providing a client-centric service with an emphasis on excellent client satisfaction, something which is reflected by the number of personal recommendations and glowing endorsements he receives from clients and estate agents alike. He is a clear and confident communicator and is always willing to go the extra mile to assist. He is professional and enjoys excellent relationships with clients and colleagues alike in meeting their needs and delivering consistently for them. Connor has an analytic approach and close attention to detail. Above all else though he enjoys engaging and building a personal rapport with his clients and believes this, and his strong empathetic approach greatly assists during the times of inevitable stress when moving home.
Interests
Connor is a keen sportsman, with a particular passion for football and cricket, though he also enjoys dabbling with badminton, squash, table tennis and going to the gym.
