Resolution, first for family law logoStrengths

Danielle primarily advises clients in relation to a divorce and the related financial aspects, as well as private law children issues.

Danielle appreciates that the breakdown of a relationship is an emotional time for all involved and therefore deals with matters sensitively, providing advice and support to guide clients through what is a difficult time.

Danielle listens to her client’s objectives and provides bespoke advice as to the best way and most cost-effective way this can be achieved. She recognises the importance of providing clear and practical advice, using language clients will understand.

It is important for many clients to achieve a swift and amicable agreement at a proportionate cost. Therefore, Danielle will always try to find an appropriate way for this to be achieved.

Danielle prides herself on her friendly and approachable attitude, which is reflected in the positive feedback received from clients.

Approach

Danielle encourages clients to focus on trying to resolve matters amicably, particularly where there are children involved, as parents need to continue co-parenting following separation.

Therefore, Danielle always attempts to resolve matters by agreement through the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution and without the need for Court intervention.

However, where this is not possible, she will negotiate on her client’s behalf or act for them through the Court process. She is steely and robust when needed to ensure the best outcome for her clients.

Other Information

Danielle offers a free initial 30-minute appointment to provide general advice and an estimate of the likely costs.
