I found Alexandra Funnell very approachable and understanding. She explained things in easy terms for me to understand so that I did not feel over whelmed at a time when I felt stressed and couldn’t take it all in! I felt safe in her hands. I would also like to say I found all the ladies that worked there very friendly and helpful that I had contact with.
