As an old lady, making a lasting power of attorney for health and welfare did not come easy, but with Mrs J Parr at Polegate it was not the ordeal I dreaded. From the start I was treated with dignity, my views were listened to and my worries were answered. My young daughter who will act for me was also treated in the same sympathetic manner, which made her feel more positive.
