Welcome Jan Hollands to our Property Team

Jan is an experienced Chartered Legal Executive who joined us in August 2022 and is based at our Polegate office.

Jan has proven expertise in all aspects of residential property transactions and has been involved in the local property market since qualifying, thereby accumulating a wealth of detailed knowledge, experience and building a strong network of local contacts.

With an engaging personality, she believes good communication coupled with attention to detail is critical in ensuring a successful conclusion of a sale/purchase.  The quality of her service and approach has been recognised in feedback from previous clients.   Jan is available to her clients and works hard to ensure the best outcome for them with her aim to deliver an excellent service.

Outside of the office, Jan is a keen golfer and avid gardener. She also loves taking her cockapoo Barney out on long muddy walks.
