Background
Kate started working in Family Law in 2001 whilst training for her CILEx qualification, she then qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executive in 2006. Kate completed her solicitor conversion at De Montfort in Leicester in 2011 and qualified as a solicitor in September 2015, continuing to work in Family Law throughout her studies.
Kate joined Hart Reade in January 2021 and was appointed an Associate Solicitor in June 2024.
Kate is a member of Resolution, a collaborative lawyer and has also trained as a mediator with National Family Mediation.
