CB: Yorkshire Tea of course

What do clients worry about most when it comes to buying or selling a home?

CB: Both sides are always worried about the other side pulling out of the transaction. This can be extremely stressful for both parties and I do my best to progress the transactions. Nobody wants a house sale or purchase to fall through, so I make it my aim to keep things moving as smoothly as possible.

What makes you good at your job?

CB: I live locally and I know the area well. I have developed good working relationships with local Estate Agents and other Solicitors. I speak to my clients. They can ring me on my direct line, they can email, which I reply to promptly, or they can book an appointment to come and see me. It is so important to keep communication clear and for my Clients to be comfortable to ask questions.

How did you come to Eastbourne?

CB: I have lived in Eastbourne for 9 years, I came to Eastbourne from Hastings having lived there for many years. A position opened up for me at Hart Reade and I have been working here for 4 years now.

What is a day like at the Eastbourne Hart Reade office?

CB: I really enjoy working in the Eastbourne office.  The atmosphere is friendly. We all get along really well.
